Shipping Policy

At Julia Raven, we want delivery to feel clear and reliable from the moment you order. Below you'll find where we ship, how orders are handled, and what to expect on timing.


1. Shipping Availability

Right now, Julia Raven ships to Australia and New Zealand.

Orders placed from outside these countries can't be processed at this time.


2. Delivery Address

We send your order to the address you enter at checkout.

It's up to you to make sure those details are correct and complete. An incorrect or incomplete address can lead to delays or a parcel being sent back to us.


3. Order Processing

Once you've placed an order, we prepare and process it within 1 to 3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or on a holiday are processed on the next working day.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, may be processed the same day.

Anything placed after that cut-off, or over the weekend, is processed on the next business day.


4. Shipping Duration

After your order is processed and dispatched, your parcel is delivered by Australia Post within Australia and by NZ Post within New Zealand.

Estimated shipping time once dispatched is typically:

8 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday)

A few things can affect that timing, including:

  • Seasonal demand
  • Transport or logistics constraints
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays
  • Busy periods during sales or promotions

5. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Total delivery comes down to two stages:

Order processing: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 8–12 business days

That works out to an estimated total of roughly 9–15 business days from the day you order.

These are estimates and can occasionally shift due to factors outside our control. Shipments are tracked end to end to keep delivery running smoothly.


6. Shipping Costs

Every Julia Raven order ships free.

There are no extra shipping or handling charges added at checkout.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking link — through Australia Post for Australian orders or NZ Post for New Zealand orders.

You can use it to follow your parcel at any point. Keep in mind tracking can take 3–8 business days to start updating after the package leaves the warehouse, depending on the carrier.


9. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

If a parcel can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address given at checkout:

  • It may be sent back to our carrier
  • Our support team will reach out to sort it
  • We'll work with you to arrange redelivery or another suitable fix

To avoid hold-ups, please double-check your delivery details before you order.


10. Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier marks a parcel as delivered, we consider the order successfully completed.

If you can't find a package that's been marked delivered, our support team will help you follow it up with the carrier and look into what happened.
